Future Laboratorians of Ontario (FLO)

For students already in medical laboratory sciences streams, we have presentations to meet a range of learning objectives.

Class Visits: Do you have questions about membership, certification exams, available awards and bursaries for students, and more? The MLPAO does many school visits to MLT and MLA/T programs across Ontario. Our team can answer any questions you or your students might have about your provincial professional association and how you can get involved. 

 

Virtual Field Trips: We can also offer virtual field trips, posters, and other resources to get students excited about the profession and prepare for next steps. Get a visit from a working MLT who presents on their day-to day in the lab, shares information on how to begin training, and answers any questions the students might have. 

 

Our Future Laboratorians of Ontario program also allows students an opportunity to get involved through volunteering and advocacy. Click the links below to find out more!
