This role provides strategic oversight of our programs, certification(s), processes, and continuing education initiatives, ensuring a strong member‑centered approach is embedded in every aspect of our association’s services. The Director, Professional Services plays a vital part in shaping the experience and support we offer to Medical Laboratory Professionals across Ontario.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is ideal for a collaborative, forward‑thinking leader who is passionate about strengthening the profession and advancing high‑quality member services.
