Medical Laboratory Week is April 11-April 17, 2021!

Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) and Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technicians (MLA/Ts) serve a crucial role in healthcare, conducting approximately 244.8 million lab tests annually for Ontario’s population of 14.75 million. Although the pandemic this past year has added 12+ million PCR tests, Medical Laboratory Professionals do way more than COVID-19 testing.
