Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a key power skill that helps professionals build resilience and embrace change. Through engaging discussions and activities, participants will:

  • Define emotional intelligence and understand its impact at work through real-life examples

  • Explore the emotions associated with change and how they influence adaptability

  • Discover how optimism helps reframe unhelpful thoughts into a more productive, growth-oriented mindset

  • Assess their own stress levels and recognize how stress affects performance and decision-making
