I am working at community Health center. Only tow of us work our center as a Lab Technician. During COVID out break in the Long term care center we have to go to Home visit in the Long term care center for blood collection. COVID add extra work for us, Count less ordering PPE supply, PPE doing Inventory Distributing PPE our different location. All our Clinic doctors, nurses, Admin team, Accounting, HR , Manager ,They are taking weekly rotation shift working & Onsite since March 2020 . Since our work can't be done form home we are constantly working onsite. We are burning out. One Lab tech take time off another one working 2 person work.
