To members of the IQMH Stakeholder Forum, Scientific Committees and Accreditation Advisory Panel :
IQMH is seeking volunteers to sit on its Proficiency Testing Scientific Committees and Accreditation Advisory Panel effective January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022. As an important stakeholder in IQMH’s Proficiency Testing and Accreditation programs, you are invited to submit applications/recommend for membership, individuals who you believe would provide a valuable contribution to IQMH serving on its Committees.
Membership on committees consists of a three-year term of office, renewable once. Committees meet an average of four times a year for half-day or full-day meetings.
We are seeking the following members at this time:
